An email will work better than a phone call – an email provides time for consideration and review.  However, please be aware that your email messages may not be treated as confidential or privileged and, due to the nature of email, your messages may be subject to interception or viewing by others.  For those reasons, please do not send confidential or sensitive information without prior notice and our consent.

The acceptance and review of an email and participation in a phone call does not establish an attorney-client relationship and until an attorney-client relationship is established communications may not be confidential or privileged.  An attorney-client relationship requires further personal contact between the attorney and the client, well beyond an interchange of this nature.
